AI and automation should remove friction, not add it.
Most implementations add it. CoPowr was built to be the opposite of that.
Why CoPowr exists.
Operations teams have watched the same cycle for years. A project gets scoped. Someone builds it in a side room. A deliverable lands with a long document nobody reads, and a few months later the work it was meant to replace is still being done by hand.
CoPowr exists to close that gap. We work directly with the people who’ll use the system, build in small pieces they can see and shape, and measure success by whether it’s still running six months later. If it isn’t being used, we didn’t deliver.
Who you’ll work with.
CoPowr is run by Sterling. His background is in engineering in the construction industry, and he has spent years building operational workflows for teams handling high volumes of process work.
You talk to the person who builds your system, from the first call to the handoff. No account managers, no junior team you never meet.

Three standards behind every engagement.
These aren’t selling points. They’re how every project runs, by default.
Built with your team, not for them
The people doing the work help shape it. When we’re done, your team understands every piece, because they were there when it was designed.
Adopted, not abandoned
We measure success by use, not delivery. Training and documentation come with every build, so the system is still running six months later.
Simple by design
We build the smallest thing that solves the problem, in tools you already pay for, and say no to anything that makes your operations harder to run.
No case studies yet: CoPowr is new, and we only publish results with a client’s permission. The Blueprint is the low-risk way to see how we work.
