Blueprint: one workflow, mapped and priced
Most automation projects go wrong before anyone builds anything. The scope is fuzzy, the people doing the work weren’t asked, and the price moves.
The Blueprint fixes that for one workflow. We sit with the person who owns it, look at the tools you already have, and hand back a plan you could build from, with us or without us.
Who it’s for
Teams with one workflow they know is costing them hours, such as sub onboarding, pay-app backup or RFI routing, who want a clear plan and a fixed price before committing to a build.
What’s included
- A 90-minute working session with the process owner (plus one more person if useful)
- A review of the tools involved, using read-only access or screenshots
- A current-state map of how the work moves today
- A future-state design: what gets automated and what stays with people
- Estimated time saved, with the assumptions written down
- Risks, and what we’d need from your team
- A fixed-price scope of work for the build
- A 30-minute walkthrough of the results
What it’s not
- Building the automation (that’s the Quick Fix or a Starter build)
- More than one workflow (ask about a multi-workflow roadmap)
- Buying or choosing new software on your behalf
What we need from you
- 90 minutes with the person who runs the workflow
- Read-only access or screenshots of the tools involved
- 30 minutes for the walkthrough
Terms
- Paid in full up front.
- 100% of the $950 is credited to the first build scope you accept within 60 days of delivery. The credit can’t be split, transferred, or paid out as cash.
- Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice.
