How we build alongside your team.

Five stages, the same every time. You’ll always know where things stand, what’s next, and what we need from you.

Stage 1 of 5

Discovery

We start by listening. Before anything else, we want to understand how the work actually moves through your team, not how the org chart says it does.

What you’ll see
A 25-minute call, honest questions, and one recommended next step. No sales deck.
What we deliver
A clear read on whether we can help, and which rung fits: a Quick Fix, a Blueprint, or a referral elsewhere.
What we need from you
Twenty-five minutes and a phone number.

Stage 2 of 5

Design

We write the plan so leadership and your team both recognize it: what we’ll build, how it fits the way your team already works, and what “done” looks like.

What you’ll see
A short design and a walkthrough. You push back, we revise, and we agree on scope and price before anything gets built.
What we deliver
A workflow map, acceptance criteria written as tests, a list of what’s not included, and a fixed price.
What we need from you
Time with the person who runs the work. Sign-off on the scope.

Stage 3 of 5

Build

We build in small pieces you can see while they’re still easy to change. No big reveal after weeks of silence.

What you’ll see
Working versions as soon as they exist, and short sessions when your feedback moves the build forward.
What we deliver
The build itself, our own testing, and plain-language notes on what changed and why.
What we need from you
One person on your side for context and quick answers.

Stage 4 of 5

Launch

We roll out with training that sticks: a recorded walkthrough, a guide people can actually read, and a close eye on the first days of real use.

What you’ll see
A launch that fits your team’s week, and quick answers while people get used to it.
What we deliver
Recorded training, documentation for whoever owns it next, and monitoring after launch (7 days for a Quick Fix, 1–2 weeks for a Starter build).
What we need from you
Time from the people who’ll use it, and someone to tell the team it’s coming.

Stage 5 of 5

Care

After launch the next step is yours. Take it from here, or keep us within reach on Care for $300 a month. No lock-in.

What you’ll see
Small fixes and changes as your team puts the system through real work.
What we deliver
Up to 2 hours a month of fixes and changes, with a reply within 2 business days.
What we need from you
Honest feedback, and a heads-up when your tools or process change.

Close, but not in the way.

We don’t book a weekly meeting just to have one. We come back when there’s something to look at or decide.

  • We call when there’s something to see

Working sessions happen when your feedback moves the build forward. You won’t sit through a status meeting that could have been an email.

  • Reach us between calls

Questions, quick clarifications and small changes get a reply within one business day.

  • You can see the work

Maps, docs, release notes and decisions are yours from day one, in plain language. Nothing hidden in a vendor folder you can’t get to later.

  • One build at a time

CoPowr is a small practice and takes on one build at a time. You’ll get a real start date before you pay, not a guess.

Tell us what’s eating your team’s week.

Leave your number and a good time. We’ll call you within 1–2 business days. Twenty-five minutes, no pitch deck.
