Questions, answered plainly.

If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call, or email hi@copowr.com.

Why a callback instead of a booking calendar?

We’re a small practice, and a call at a time that suits you beats a slot that suits a calendar. Leave your number and a time window, and we’ll call you within 1–2 business days.

What happens on the discovery call?

It takes about 25 minutes. You tell us what’s eating your team’s time. We ask questions, tell you honestly whether we can help, and recommend one next step: usually a Quick Fix or a Blueprint. Sometimes the answer is a referral to someone else.

How does the Blueprint credit work?

The full $950 is credited to the first build scope you accept within 60 days of getting your Blueprint, including a Quick Fix. After 60 days, the Blueprint stands on its own as a finished plan you can use with anyone.

What fits in a Quick Fix?

One trigger, up to 10 steps, and up to one connection to another system, built in tools you already license, for one team. If it turns out bigger once we have access, we tell you by day 2 and you choose: move up to a Starter build and pay the difference, or get a full refund.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. We build in what you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zapier or Make, and the project and accounting software you already run, such as Procore, Sage or Foundation. If something new is truly needed, we’ll say why before you spend anything.

How do payments work?

Blueprints and Quick Fixes are paid up front, online or by invoice. Starter builds under $5,000 are paid in full when you accept the scope. Bigger builds are split: 50/50 from $5,000 to $20,000, and 40/30/30 above that. We don’t bill projects by the hour.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. CoPowr is a new practice, and we’d rather show you nothing than show you something made up. We’ll publish results once clients give us permission. Until then, the Blueprint is the low-risk way to see how we work.

Who do you work with?

Mostly Arizona construction companies, usually with 50 to 200 people: general contractors, specialty subcontractors and the office teams behind them. If you run an operations-heavy business in another industry, or someone referred you, request a call anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a fit. We don’t take on healthcare work that involves patient data.

How fast do you respond?

We reply to email within one business day, and call back callback requests within 1–2 business days. We take on one build at a time, so we’ll give you a real start date up front.

Tell us what’s eating your team’s week.

Leave your number and a good time. We’ll call you within 1–2 business days. Twenty-five minutes, no pitch deck.
