This policy explains what personal information CoPowr LLC ("CoPowr," "we") collects through copowr.com, our emails and our client work, and what we do with it. CoPowr is a small Arizona business. If anything here is unclear, email hi@copowr.com and a person will answer.
1. What we collect
When you contact us or request a callback
- Callback form: name, company, phone number and industry, plus, if you choose to give them, your work email, a best-time-to-call window and a short note.
- Contact form: name, work email, company, team size and anything you write in the message.
- Anything you tell us by email or on a call.
When you buy from us
- Name, work email, phone number, job title, company name, billing address, an optional purchase-order number, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we see the card brand and last four digits or the bank name, never your full card or account number.
- The documents you accepted (the SOW and the agreement in effect) and when you accepted them.
When we work for your company
- Business contact details for the people on the project, and access to the systems and data needed to do the work (see Section 4).
Business contacts we may email
- We may email people at Arizona construction companies and accounting firms about our services. For that we use business contact information (name, role, company, work email, business phone) from public sources such as company websites, professional profiles and association directories, or from people who introduce us. Every email identifies us and lets you opt out (Section 6).
Automatically, when you visit the site
- Our host, Vercel, logs technical data for each request (IP address, browser and device type, page requested, time) to deliver and secure the site. When you send a form, we also use your IP address briefly to limit abuse.
- Our fonts and code are served from our own site, not from third-party font or script networks.
- We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and the site doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser. If you follow a link to pay through Stripe, Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies, as described in Stripe's privacy policy. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this policy first.
2. How we use it
- To answer inquiries and call you back when you ask us to.
- To sell, deliver and support the services you buy, and to send receipts, invoices and service messages.
- To send occasional business emails about our services (you can opt out any time).
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent fraud.
- To keep business, tax and legal records and to enforce our agreements.
We don't sell personal information, don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and don't use it to train AI models.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it, and when the law requires it.

We'll update this list before we add a provider that receives personal information.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a successor if CoPowr's business is sold or merged (under this policy's protections).
4. Client data we handle for our clients
When a company hires us, we may get access to its systems and data (for example, project documents, accounting records or employee contact information). We handle that data for the client, as its service provider, only to perform the work, under our Master Services Agreement. The client's own privacy policy governs that data; please direct questions about it to the client. We don't accept health information, controlled unclassified or export-controlled data, or full card numbers, and we delete client data within 30 days after an engagement ends unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your choices
- Email: every marketing or prospecting email has an opt-out. Reply "no thanks" or use the unsubscribe link and we'll stop within 2 business days (the law allows 10).
- Phone: we only call numbers you give us for a callback, or business numbers for a business reason. Tell us to stop and we will.
- Access, correction, deletion: email hi@copowr.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll confirm within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may keep information we must keep by law (for example, invoices) and the minimum needed to honor an opt-out.
- Residents of states with privacy laws (for example, California, Colorado or Virginia) may have additional rights. We'll honor requests under those laws where they apply to us.
7. Security
We use multi-factor authentication on all our accounts, encrypted devices, an encrypted password manager for any client credentials, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires (in Arizona, A.R.S. §18-551 et seq.).
8. Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We'll post any update here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll also email current clients before it takes effect.
