Starter builds: one workflow or one connection, fixed price
When the work is bigger than a Quick Fix, a Starter build gives it a proper scope: one workflow automated end to end, or two tools that finally share the same information, like your project management and accounting systems.
Every Starter build has a written scope, a fixed price, and a list of what’s not included, agreed before we start.
Who it’s for
Teams who’ve named a workflow worth fixing properly, often after a Blueprint, and want it built, documented, and handed over so it keeps running.
What’s included
- Automate Starter ($3,500): one workflow, up to one connection to another system, one revision round, recorded training, documentation, and 1 week of monitoring
- Integrate Starter ($4,000): one connection between two tools, error alerts when something fails, and 2 weeks of monitoring
- A written scope with acceptance criteria you can test against
- Plain-language documentation for whoever owns it after launch
What it’s not
- Several workflows or connections at once (quoted on request as a larger build)
- Replacing tools your team already likes
- Software licenses (you pay for your own tools)
What we need from you
- One person on your side who knows the work
- Access to the tools involved
- Time from the people who’ll use it for testing and training
Terms
- Under $5,000: paid in full when you accept the scope.
- Larger builds (Growth and Custom) are quoted on request. $5,000–$20,000: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Over $20,000: 40% / 30% / 30%.
- Changes after the scope is agreed are priced up front: $300 for small, $750 for medium, or a new scope for anything bigger. No hourly billing.
